EventPix currently photograph over 60 awards and graduation presentations a year. These include state and national awards around Australia (and New Zealand).
Our service includes media wall arrivals, stage presentations, media wall with awards, room and socials.
Media Wall arrivals – these days everyone wants to get a photo on arrival for social media. Guests taking selfies slow down the arrivals process and cause congestion in the foyer so we do those photos for them and deliver straight to their phones. For larger events we setup multiple studios for these arrival photos. On a couple of recent events we use three studios in order to get over 1000 guests through in under an hour.
Stage presentations – our photographers arrive in plenty of time to check the stage lighting and work out with the stage manager the best position on stage for the photos.
Media Wall winners – we bring in studio lighting so the media wall photos are lit to obtain the best quality images of the winners and their teams.
RealTime delivery – this service has drastically changed how awards photos are delivered. As soon as the photos are taken they are uploaded to the cloud and onto the guests’ phones. This is achieved in either of two ways – via individual QR codes or via facial recognition.
- QR codes – after guests are photographed, the photographer gives them a card with a QR which guests scan to access their private gallery.
- Facial Recognition – guests scan a QR created for the event, enter their contact details and take a selfie. Then any photo taken of them – in the studio, on stage, on the dancefloor – is added to their private gallery. The QR can be printed on the event program and/or made available at the studios.
Social media delivery – we can provide your social media manager with a login that allows them to view all the photos and to download them for immediate posting to social media. We can also provide a service where all the award results are prepared in advance and posted to social media with the winner’s photo.
Post event delivery (client) – the following day the client will receive a link to a Dropbox folder or gallery to access all the photos as large JPEGs.
Post event delivery (guests) – the photos provided to the guests’ phones are small JPEG files (1.5MP) optimized for social media. The following day they will receive a link to a gallery where they can purchase large JPEG files and order prints.
