Fotomerchant ordering instructions

Logging in: For security purposes you will be asked for your name and email address​​

Downloading: For security purposes you cannot download directly from the galleries – you must place an order even if the digital files are free​​

Galleries: Click on the square picture for the gallery you wish to view​​

Preview Images: Click on any image to bring up a preview – you can now scroll through the preview images. You must select at least one image before proceeding – even if you are ordering a gallery.​​

Add to favourites: Click on the heart symbol under any preview image to add to your favourites.​​

Ordering:  Click the green button to go to Products – there you will see options for Digital, Standard Prints, Large Prints, Packs.

• Click on the product you want to order – including the option to order all files in your gallery.

• Click Choose Photo and a window will pop up with all the images you have in your favourites

• Select which photo(s) you wish to order as that product

• When ordering prints you can use the cropping tool so choose your own crop

• Repeat for other images / products

• Click Add to Cart then repeat

• Click View Cart to view your order and make changes

• Click Checkout and enter your delivery information

• Then Continue to Payment​​

Delivery:

• Digital – You will receive an email with a download link as soon as payment is completed – if you not receive this email within 5 mins please check your email junk folder.

• Print – we process prints on a regular basis – your order will be sent via Australia Post whose delivery times vary between next day to next week and beyond.​​
