EventPix photographers have covered corporate and public events as varied as your imagination.
Corporate events include – exhibitions, conferences, awards dinners, celebration dinners, sporting events, product launches, trade shows
Public events such as festivals and sporting events – documentation and promotions.
Commercial photography projects have included architectural, corporate portraits, magazine assignments.
Our standard delivery service is to provide all images from your event as both hi-resolution (suitable for printing up to A4) and lo-resolution (for web use) files on disc.
Additional delivery services
Online gallery – for your guests to view and download images from your event. There is also an option for guests to order prints. A unique web address is provided for your event. This service is free. Sample galleries
Prints - of all sizes can be delivered soon after your event.
Onsite printing – using our rapid Sony dye-sub printer we can deliver up to 100 prints per hour. These 15 x 20 cm prints can be delivered in an attractive presentation folder or in a pre-printed folder themed to your event.
For something different we can deliver your prints onsite as a magazine, CD or DVD cover.
Slide shows can be produced for showing at your event or to send to your guests on CD or to share online as a memento of the event.
Onsite studio
Always a hit at any themed event or awards event. The studio comes complete with a professional studio lighting kit and we can supply a variety of backgrounds or we can work with your specific media wall or set.
The green screen studio is particularly popular as we can drop your guests into all manner of scenes and the resultant image can have your logo overprinted or produced as a magazine cover.
How we charge for our services
You will receive an inclusive budget for your event that covers both onsite and post event services. There are no additional costs unless the photographer is required by the client to stay longer than the agreed time.
Edited images are delivered on disc as both Hi-res and Lo-res files.
Images may also be uploaded to our website for your guests to access. Private and corporate events usually have a unique web link supplied only to the client.
Standard service
For our Standard Service our photographers are charged by the hour (or part thereof). This fee is inclusive of the photographers’ time (and equipment) at the event and for processing of the images post event.
Extra charges apply for studio lighting equipment if required. Travelling costs may apply if the event is at a remote location.
Studio service
In addition to the time allocated to the photography your budget will include a time allowance for set-up and bump-out. Also included will be the studio lighting kit and backdrop (if required).
On-site printing
Your budget calculation will be based on the number of guests and the time the studio is operating.
The budget includes all staff, equipment and prints produced at the event. (we do not charge per print).
Commercial photography
Your budget will be calculated specific to your brief.
