Additional delivery services
Onsite Social Media uploads – Immediate upload to your Facebook page or Twitter feed – perfect for promotional events. For awards events: supply us with the details of the winners and we can prepare tweets in advance that just require the addition of the photo.
Prints – of all sizes can be delivered soon after your event.
Onsite printing – using our rapid dye-sub printers we can deliver up to 200 prints per hour. These 6”x 8” (15 x 20 cm) or 8”x 10” (20 x 30 cm) prints can be delivered in an attractive presentation folder or in a pre-printed folder themed to your event.
Print your photos onsite as a magazine cover, CD or DVD cover.
Slide shows can be produced onsite for showing at your closing session.
How we charge for our services
You will receive an inclusive budget for your event that covers both onsite and post event services. There are no additional costs unless the photographer is required by the client to stay longer than the agreed time.
Images may also be uploaded to our website for your guests to access. Private and corporate events usually have a unique web link supplied only to the client.
For our Standard Service our photographers are charged by the hour (or part thereof). This fee is inclusive of the photographers’ time (and equipment) at the event and for processing of the images post event. Extra charges apply for studio lighting equipment if required. Travelling costs may apply if the event is at a remote location.
In addition to the time allocated to the photography your budget will include a time allowance for set-up and bump-out. Also included will be the studio lighting kit and backdrop (if required).
Your budget calculation will be based on the number of guests and the time the studio is operating. The budget includes all staff, equipment and prints produced at the event (we do not charge per print).
