When you place orders with EventPix, all information is processed via a secure server. All credit card transactions are processed by eSec Australia's leading Internet and e-commerce security provider. We do not see your credit card details.

How do I get my event on EventPix?
Whether you're planning a corporate or charity function, or a private social event, it's easy to set up your event on EventPix. If you have not yet selected a photographer, we can organise an .
If you have selected a photographer who is already a member of the EventPix Network, just ask him/her to set up your event and we'll do the rest. If your photographer is not yet a member of the network, you can pass the information to EventPix, and we'll contact your photographer.

How does it work?
Once your event is set up, you'll receive detailed information on how to access your photographs via a dedicated entry page. You can browse through the galleries, select an image and zoom in for greater detail, and purchase high-quality photographic prints in seconds.

What if I can't find my event?
If you're having difficulty locating your event, it is possible that we have not yet received the images from your photographer, or that your event has already expired. If you believe that your images should be online, please email us.

Will the photo I order look like the one on my screen?
All prints purchased through EventPix are printed to the highest professional standards.
Images posted on the EventPix site have been optimised for viewing on the web and may not necessarily reflect the quality of the final print.

Is online ordering safe?
When you place orders with EventPix, all information is captured by Globalsign, the most trusted name in e-commerce. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us.

How do I know if a web page or web site is secure?
To check that your browser is in secure mode, check that a "lock" or a "key" icon is displayed in the lower corner of your browser window. You can also check by looking at the URL bar on top of your browser. This line will typically show the first characters as "https" when a secure connection has been established rather than "http" which indicates a connection that is not secured.

I lost my information card. How can I view my pictures?
You can email us at service@EventPix.com.au to request access information. You must provide us with the event name, date, city, state and location. It is at the complete discretion of EventPix to provide event access information via email.
